VYQ Miner is another Telegram passive mining app with its own on-chain token, $VYQ. It appears to be related to Lunar Ore Burrow, and both projects may have been developed by the same person, although this connection has not been independently confirmed.

The app follows a familiar mining concept: users accumulate $VYQ tokens through in-app activity and can potentially benefit from the token's market value. However, I wouldn't put much hope into this project, as there are several significant concerns surrounding its tokenomics and smart contract.

There are multiple red flags worth considering before interacting with $VYQ:

• Very low liquidity: even relatively small buy or sell orders can cause substantial price fluctuations, and selling your tokens may be difficult.
• Unlocked liquidity: the liquidity pool is not locked, meaning its funds could potentially be withdrawn at any time, creating a serious rug-pull risk.
• Minting permissions: the contract appears to retain the ability to mint additional tokens, potentially diluting existing holders.
• Modified smart contract: DTrade bot reportedly flags $VYQ as having a modified contract. This raises additional concerns about its implementation and requires independent verification.

I have personally purchased some $VYQ tokens, but there is no guarantee that I will be able to sell them at a reasonable price—or even sell them at all.

My recommendation is to proceed with extreme caution and seriously consider avoiding this project altogether. A functioning mining app does not mean its token is safe. Never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
