PearlGram is a Telegram idle mining game that closely resembles Deep Mine, but with an ocean-themed setting and underwater exploration mechanics. It is also part of the Gamarium games ecosystem. The app looks polished and has made a good first impression on me, although its long-term reliability remains to be seen.

Your main task is to hire an aqua-crew and send them to explore the ocean floor in search of valuable shells and other artifacts. The map is divided into individual cells, each with its own hitpoints that your crew must deplete to uncover resources.

You can sell collected items to the game or other players to earn $PEARL, the internal currency. You can also spend it to hire new crew members and upgrade your existing team. The app features a simulated decentralized exchange where users can swap $PEARL and TON (GRAM).

At the time of my review, buying $PEARL was possible, but selling it was temporarily restricted, with the developers indicating that the restriction would be lifted in approximately 35 hours. Some TON investment is required to unlock the game's full potential. I personally deposited 7 TON to unlock $PEARL sales and will monitor how the project develops.

PearlGram also uses a withdrawal quota that limits total withdrawals to twice the amount deposited. The developers state that up to 1 TON in free earnings may be possible, although I haven't fully investigated this option.

The app launched recently, so its economy and rules may change. Despite its promising presentation, treat potential earnings cautiously and never invest more than you can afford to lose.
